When insurance isn’t an option or doesn’t cover all of your care, we provide flexible payment options. We accept checks, credit cards, ATM cards, and cash for direct payments.
Please contact Dr. Chan’s office directly if you have any questions about accepted insurances. If your insurance plan is not listed, but you have out-of-network benefits—you may still be reimbursed for a portion of your visit.
